"Future in Germany" program

The “Future in Germany” program aims to promote the integration of qualified personnel into the German labor market and at the same time offer asylum seekers a perspective.

Skilled workers wanted: Your chance to contribute to Germany

As part of this program, a comprehensive job advertisement for qualified personnel will be published first. This advertisement is aimed at specialists who have specific knowledge and experience in their respective professional fields. The aim is to find suitable candidates who not only have the necessary qualifications, but are also willing to actively participate in German society and the labor market.

The program also includes targeted technical vocational training for asylum seekers. This training is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to work successfully in technical professions. Through practical training and workshops, the asylum seekers are optimally prepared for the requirements of the German labor market.

Overall, the program aims to both improve the professional opportunities of asylum seekers and address the shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
