After working for several years in the area of data protection law, lawyer Kleibömer has been a certified data protection officer (TÜV®) in accordance with the GDPR and BDSG-new on behalf of TÜV NORD CERT GmbH since September 26, 2019.

Additional information

Attorney Matti Kleibömer, born in 1985, is married and has three children. He studied law at the universities of Bochum and Leipzig and then completed his legal clerkship at the Leipzig Regional Court. He was admitted to the bar in July 2014. Since May 1, 2021, Mr. Kleibömer has been a partner at the law firm Dr. Hempel Kleibömer Partner, legal and business advice. Lecturer in labor law at Hof University, winter semester 2023/2024.

Professional interests

Attorney Dr. jur. Mario Arroyave specializes in international law, European Union law, free trade agreements between Colombia and the EU, the law of the Andean Community (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru), international migration law and international asylum law, as well as Colombian law. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the administrative process for obtaining German citizenship.

Additional information

Dr. Arroyave studied law at the University of Santiago de Cali, Colombia. There he worked as a professor and researcher and worked as a consultant in national and international public and private matters. In 2012 he completed his Master of Laws (LL.M) in European Union Law at the University of Leipzig. In 2015, he received his doctorate (Doktor Juris - Ph.D) from the University of Hamburg with a thesis that was graded Magna Cum Laude. He has been a member of the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association since 2020 and currently works at Kleibömer Partner.
